Realizing the Dream– Financial Success through Clinical Excellence

Goals & Objectives:  Dr. Steven Rasner will give a fiery-reality driven motivational speech that never fails to gain the attention of the audience.  Provocative, emotional, and sometimes hilarious, this presentation is not to be missed and will not be forgotten.

Quality patients have never been harder to find. The days of 45 new non-managed care patients are long gone. Today, ten to twelve new patients per month are more realistic.   Learn to recognize the value of what goes on from the initial phone call to the doctor’s presentation.  Dr. Rasner will talk about enduring success from clinical excellence and meaningful customer service.  Warmed towels, coffee, and chocolate chips are nice, but getting the patient’s bill right, being on time, and great overall service is what embraces the Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, and Southwest Airlines.

He will also talk about the important art of closure. At some point the patient has to say “yes.”  How the doctor spends his day-whether it’s peaceful or not, fulfilling or non-gratifying; productive or not has everything to do with case acceptance. Also, how well the staff is paid; how many patients to treat daily; if they’re having fun or not has everything to do with the patient saying “yes.”  Furthermore, he will discuss the art of getting paid. How to get paid up front—the positive effect that reduces overhead, improved morale, and peace of mind. How to screen patients with out offending them. Dr. Rasner will discuss eight proven methods to motivate that really works. He will discuss hidden jewels that a simple change in your presentation will add  $250,000 a year in productions.  He will also discuss marketing that works—how to attract quality patients and how much to spend. Dr. Rasner will also discuss giving back to your community– how to positively affect your community and how it all comes together. Finally, he will give you some inspirational final words at the end that will make you ask for more!  Don’t miss this opportunity to hear this great speaker — you won’t regret it!!
