About the Speaker:
Robin
Wright,
PhD, President of Wright Communications since 1986, has provided
four hundred seminars internationally to businesses, colleges
and professional associations. As a communication specialist,
she creates custom designed seminars on such topics as client
service, crisis communications, patient communication, media
interviewing and public speaking. Dr. Wright is a featured
speaker in the American Dental Association’s seminar series, and
has presented at the Yankee Dental Congress, the Chicago
Midwinter Meeting, and the ADA Annual Session. She has prepared
thousands of professionals from all over the world to speak
successfully in professional meetings, political campaigns and
network television programs including "Oprah,"
"20/20," "60
Minutes," "Phil Donahue" and "Good Morning America." Dr. Wright
completed her doctorate in
healthcare
communication at Northwestern University. She has taught
communication courses at four universities, as well as serving
as a guest lecturer at Northwestern and U. of I. dental schools.

Wall Street
Journal, New York Times,
and
New England
Journal of Medicine.
Ms Wright is the
author of over fifty publications, including the 1997 book
